@@stanclark8824 They aren’t really that close at all. Ichibei’s shikai was able to overwhelm Yhwach and his Bankai did double that. He forced Yhwach to use his most broken ability which Yamamoto couldn’t do. When you think about it, Ichibei is levels ahead of Yamamoto. Almost everyone from squad zero is.

Thanks for the video. Always a good wind down to a bleach breakdown. Also, the current thumbnail art is amazing, the thinner, angrier Ichibe is better then anime. It would lend better too his place in the whole story. ( see Tenjiro: " even my hot spring couldn't wash away 'his' bloody stench" and Ichibe holding the Soul King's body w/ glowing eyes during the flashback during cour 2 ).

It is ironic that squad 0 failed to save royal palace and soul king and the gotei 13 had to save royal palace while they were just lying dead there after kirinji says that their duty is to protect royal palace and gotei 13's duty is to protect seireitei

One of their earliest mentions was in regards to the Menos Grande, which was never brought up again. It could've been changed as the story evolved, but I'd like to think that Menos are the raw materials each of the Royal Guard use for their creations or major projects. After all, the nature of a Gillian is a bit like an Asauchi when you think of it. If they're used in the creation of shihakusho as well, then maybe the visual similarity between Menos and Shinigami isn't a coincidence. I could even see their nature as a blank slate formed from countless souls being used to create Artificial & Mod Souls

I don't know if that's necessarily true, since shinigami are so separate from hollows. After all in the TYBW the shinigami have to infuse themselves with hollow reiatsu to reclaim their bankai, so it's unlikely they originated from hollows. However it could be that the Gillians are transformed completely from their hollow nature in the process, thus explaining the reason the hogyoku can impart hollow and shinigami powers to the opposite beings. So it's interesting and not impossible.

Ichigo feels obligated to Soul Society, and it goes back all the way to Isshin and the fact they even let him live and be with a fucking QUINCY WOMAN (as Toshiro and Rangiku both know) so it isn’t always that Ichigo is “bootlicking” moreso he is just an extension of his father. However you could call Orihime and Chad bootlickers since they are only cool with Seireitei bc Ichigo is 🤣🤣 As far as how “evil” the shinigami are, pretty much there is no true good and evil when you look at every single group of ppl in Bleach. Everything is a grey area and EVERYONE says and does foul shit. No matter what would have happened with Ichigo, you could always make the case that he is playing for the wrong side. Bc no one is truly right. Like cmon, why the fuck does EVERYONE want to have something to do with the one very being that is keeping balance with EVERY SINGLE FASCET OF LIFE? That was also made into such with the most cruelest of ways 🤦🏽‍♂️

Even with all yhwach did to him after awakening the Almighty, he still survived long enough to call Ichigo to call his full name thus putting himself back together. Squad 0 turned out to be quite useless didn't they aside from fixing Itchigo up. What sword was he using all this time? I can hardly wait to see Itchigos real power and Bankai. Does he lose old man Zangetsu? I saw a clip that suggests black ant takes his quincy powers from him. Don't they have to breathe? Did any of them survive? Is Ichebe evil? There security was far to weak why didn't they hide the king knowing they were coming to kill him? Who becomes the soul king? I don't want to know that actually but these are all questions I have from watching TYBW.

lets be honest and not forget bleach was actually canceled by shonen jump i rember reading bleach when it was still ongoing and all of a sudden we got the info that there are 5 more chapters until the finally caught everyone of guard we can assume shonen told kubo during the TYBWA that he has X amount of chapters/weeks until bleach gets taken off wich would make sense while fights were drasticlly cut short left & right he didnt get the luxury like naruto to let THE FINAL arc play out the thought of canning a series in his final arc which is crazy in itself(if it was actually the final arc who knows cause there was potantionl for a hell arc) which hurt bleach funny enough mightve helped naruto cause kumo wouldve prob left kaguya out lol
