I don't see how proposition 42 requiring potential student athletes to maintain a 2.0 GPA or score a 700 on the SAT discriminated against poor and black athletes. You can be poor and/or black and still be a decent student. Can someone enlighten me? I am not trying to piss people off. I am genuinely asking as I am an Asian male who grew up in Europe, so I might have missed something.
