I grew up watching Phil playing football behind Southern High school. My dad and I used to ride horses behind our house which was right behind the high school. He was out there all the time throwing the old pigskin around. I didn’t know then I was watching a Super Bowl winning quterback. It was really cool to root for a guy from the old neighborhood. What an arm he had. He’s still the pride of Okalona. It was a joy to watch him perform at the highest level. The man is a legend from where I grew up. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.

I agree, IF the chargers beat the Texans, I think they could beat the chiefs, assuming that the refs allow it. The chargers lost 19-17. The offense has finally started playing better and scoring more points. Not saying they will, only that it's possble. K C will be well rested so it won't be easy.

Here is the qbs that the chargers played against to claim their defense is "legit" 1. Spencer Ratler 2. x2=Bo Nix 3. x2= Aidan oconnell+Gardner Minshew 4. Bryce Young 5. Justin Fields 6. Drake Maye 7. Jameis Winston 8. Kirk Cousins 9. Will Levis Defense this Saturday is at full strength on defensive line everyone is playing. We can play 4-3 if the chargers want to pound the ball. Im taking Stingley and Lassiter over Quentin Johnson and McLuvin all day.

@MrBugman3009 I didn't have to mention those qbs because they are the only good qbs the chargers faced and lost. Even to Baker Mayfield who is balling out. Chargers played the majority of games vs mediocre qbs. Against good defense which chargers only played chiefs, Broncos, and Pittsburgh as good defense. Broncos have no qb and Fields is sus. Your giving all the credit to the chargers that played rookies and qbs that's getting replaced in the draft or by draft picks. 😂 Texans offense suck but texans had the lead vs Detroit by 23 to 7 by half time and picked off Goff 5 times. Hopefully they get the oline right with the current adjustment and Dionte Johnson steps up which I think he will.

The Texans are in the weakest AFC team. They have the weakest competition and couldn’t even blowout a division rival until Davis Mills shows up in week 18 😅 29-27 , 23-20 against the colts 24-20, 23,20 against the jags 32-27, 23-14 1-1 against the titans. The last time the Chargers played a Houston team in the playoffs, Dan Fouts threw 5 interceptions against an Oiler team that didn't have Earl Campbell or Dan Pastorini and of course the Chargers lost. Never underestimate the ability of the Chargers to throw themselves under the bus. Is Harbaugh magic greater than Charger curse? I wouldn't bet on it.
