I love how the simms family are secretly closet jets fans. They are definitely not a bandwagon family. Big phil has been with us all along.

I've always loved Phil, making that comment as a jet fan, lol, off subject, when football was football 😉, i had to be a Eagles fan from 88 to 92 , a friend of mine was a starting tackle on the OLine for the Eagles, the piont is the Eagles had a smash mouth defense, i still think top 3 of all time, i say that because I'll never forget how passionate and tuff Phil was, outstanding QB as we all saw, but he also took a pounding, and kept going, against so many Hall of Fame defensive Athletes, the list is very long and unmatched, please bring QB back like Phil Simms, My favorite was when Phil ran the lenth of the field after an amazing pass for 6 , i know wake up its 2024, but its nice to dream lol, Phil you look amazing and ty for all the incredible memories. # 92 the dead fish flop, your amazing Phil, I'll never forget that hit, what a warrior # 11, Thank you guys, God bless, be well.

Rodgers, Hackett, Lazard are a way more dangerous trio brought over from Green Bay than i ever thought before!
@redandblack1911Ай бұрын
Hackett makes Brian Schottenheimer look like a Wizard. It's the Arod effect. Lazard is a JAG.
@SuperLeroy66Ай бұрын
I guess you didn't watch the packers games. Lazard always knew how to find the spot. Him and aaron together on the field is extremely special. You could see that lazard is reading defenses just as clear as aaron. They are punishing safeties opening up by a run game even more. With the Addition of mike williams , the safety's will have to fall back. Lazard and Williams are going to attack deep and the tight ends.And the running backs and G5 are going to attack the middle of the field.And the sidelines. I love it. Just imagine how great we are going to be next yearwhen we get a supertight end in here. The jets are guaranteed to take a tight end.In the first two rounds next draft. The jets first two picks next year will be linebacker and tight end not necessarily in that order.

I mean, I know this is a jet station, but peppers go back should've stayed home Aaron and Brett look like that reputation and penalize. Those players should just stay home and then penalize the players for his stupidness. I say penalize in love just go back so he frayed to lose his starting job over back up quarterback. ✅❤️🩹✅

If you watch the San Francisco game, they were really REALLY conservative play calling. I think two reasons for that, 1) The niners pass rush is so good that you don't want Aaron taking a bunch of shots early in the year. So you limit the amount of times those DEs can get to him. But unfortunately the niners run defense is just as good. But 2) The WRs need time to get in sync with him in a live game. Against the Titans the jets opened up a bit more but still were conservative. But against the Patriots, they let it rip. They felt their tackles could deal with their DEs so they were throwing from play 1 in that game. Then once they got the lead they were really playing the clock game which I loved. The Jets defense will be one of the fresher defenses in the NFL at the end of the season because of the # of plays they had to defend. This SHOULD translate into lesser injuries on that side of the ball.
@AlisonTuckwabАй бұрын
I like when he looks first before he throws the ball like he make sure he gets the right player with the right jersey before he goes. I know he's a little slow. He likes to make sure he gets the right player. ❤❤
@jeremydavidson9194Ай бұрын
Relying on blitzing is not a reliable strategy against all teams. It works against young qb’s. Shame on the Jets for now being a small defense. Can that be fixed?

Rodgers just got the Entire AFC very worried. All those so called "experts" who kept saying he wont be the real Aaron Rodgers but a 41 year old, injured slowed down version trying to squeeze another year out. Well, they can shut up about that. Rodgers was 6 for 6 out of the pocket throwing on the run, he ran for 1st down eluding pressute like always. Armani Toomer claimed Rodgers was limping vs SF. Did anyon see him limping Thursday? Toomer hates the Jets for some reason. Anyway, Rodgers is the same as ever. 4 time MVP Rodgers. Even the Jets didnt expect to get that but they did and that chsnges everything. The Jets now have the best or call it a push for the best QB in the NFL. Rodgers is just as good as Mahomes with both at their best. They do diffetent things. Mahomes does certain things better than Rodgers but Rodgers has a good number of things over Mahomes. With an MVP Aaron Rodgers, if this defense holds up, with two great RBs. a revitalized Allen Lazard, Mike Williams and Rodgers and Garret Wilson are not exactly on same page YET. Rodgers at his best the Jets should be the favorite to go to the SB out of the AFC. Clearly, as a team the Jets are a better team than KC and KC will have to play in NJ in the playoffs possibly. Of course he has to continue to improve every game. He could regress but what could anyone see that would make that probable after Thursday night. Only other thing. Rodgers big criticism has always been only one SB. However that was not his fault. GB has no owner the town or something owns the team and they are far from big spenders. In addition they NEVER helped Rodgers with their draft picks. His TD throw to Wilson Thursday was his first TD pass to a first round WR ever. Meaning the Packers never took a wide out in the first round while Rodgers was there. They took Jordan Love when Rodgers needed a WR in addition to many others. He got lucky with DeVonte Adams, think he was chose in 4th round. My point is Rodgers didl what he did in GB with no help from the front office and never having as many offensive weapons as he has right now.
@GilbertFarmerАй бұрын
I thought Lazard played a great game and you guys really didn't give him the credit he deserves especially after the terrible year he had last year.
@jring383Ай бұрын
Go back and watch the Dallas game his last year in Green Bay. 3 TDs near perfect QBR. His so called "bad last year" in GB is largely overblown. His 2022 stat line is nearly identical to Mahomes in 2023. 26 TDs(7th in NFL) 12 INTs, 91 QBR, and Mahomes had 27 TDs(8th) 14 INTs and 92 QBR, less than 500 yrds difference in passing yards. Rodgers usual MVP level standard is just so high that even a fringe top 10 season makes you feel like hes washed. They thought the same thing about him in 2019 before they drafted Love after he battled with injury all year. They draft Love because they thought he was declining and he proceeds to win 2 MORE MVPS back to back. When are people going to stop doubting Rodgers?
