They are so much more passionate up there (or maybe we are just more laid back and reasonable, and not so reactive and partisan). It would do great things for world rugby. We need some more solid competition as you get the feeling Australia is becoming more and more disillusioned (they hate playing second fiddle to nz) and the future of South African Rugby is uncertain due to the political situation over there (I think the whites, who are the main rugby players, are leaving the country in droves). For rugby's survival we need European nations to step it up. New Zealand and Australia thanks to the great natural abilities and passion of the pacific nations have taken the game to a new level. Anyway, great sport and this world cup should be a blinder!
