Comment nous avons testé les meilleurs étaux d'établi Les étaux d'établi sont des aides d'atelier essentielles, et dresser une liste des meilleurs modèles à tester n'était pas une mince tâche. Tout d'abord, nous nous sommes appuyés sur notre expérience personnelle dans le travail du bois, la réparation automobile, le soudage et la plomberie pour déterminer les caractéristiques les plus importantes d'un étau d'établi. Ensuite, nous avons sélectionné des modèles à tester parmi les marques auxquelles nous faisons le plus confiance dans la catégorie. Nous avons donné une certaine préférence aux fabricants réputés, tels que Wen et Wilton, mais nous avons également examiné les marques moins connues si elles avaient des notes élevées auprès des clients. Pour les tests réels, nous avons monté chaque étau sur un établi à l'aide de nos propres boulons et écrous, qui ne sont généralement pas inclus avec l'achat car les épaisseurs d'établi varient. Nous avons utilisé des tire-fonds et des boulons de carrosserie, allant de 5/16 à ⅜ de pouce de diamètre, mais d'autres boulons conviendraient également, selon l'endroit et la manière dont l'étau est monté. So haben wir die besten Schraubstöcke getestet Schraubstöcke sind unverzichtbare Werkstatthelfer und es war keine leichte Aufgabe, eine Liste der besten Modelle zum Testen zusammenzustellen. Zunächst haben wir uns auf persönliche Erfahrungen bei der Holzbearbeitung, Autoreparatur, Schweißen und Klempnerarbeiten gestützt, um die wichtigsten Merkmale eines Schraubstocks zu ermitteln. Dann haben wir zum Testen Modelle der Marken ausgewählt, denen wir in dieser Kategorie am meisten vertrauen. Wir haben seriösen Herstellern wie Wen und Wilton den Vorzug gegeben, haben uns aber auch weniger bekannte Marken angesehen, wenn diese über eine hohe Kundenbewertung verfügten. Für die eigentlichen Tests haben wir jeden Schraubstock mit unseren eigenen Schrauben und Muttern an einer Werkbank montiert, die normalerweise nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten sind, da die Werkbankdicken unterschiedlich sind. Wir verwendeten Zugschrauben und Schlossschrauben mit einem Durchmesser von 5/16 bis ⅜ Zoll, aber auch andere Schrauben wären geeignet, je nachdem, wo und wie der Schraubstock montiert wird. Nach der Montage nutzten wir die Schraubstöcke zum Spannen mehrerer gängiger Gegenstände, darunter Bretter, Rohre und andere Teile, um zu sehen, wie gut sie die Gegenstände stabilisierten, während wir an ihnen arbeiteten. Mit Schraubenschlüsseln haben wir festsitzende Beschläge gelöst, Kettensägenblätter geschärft, Holz gehobelt und gefräst und mit einer Bohrmaschine Löcher in die Einzelteile gebohrt. Bei den Tests erhielt jeder Schraubstock anhand einer Rubrik Punkte. Je besser das Produkt abschnitt, desto mehr Punkte erhielt es. Nach dem Test haben wir die Punkte jedes Schraubstocks addiert und gemittelt und diese verwendet, um die am besten geeignete Verwendung und Kategorie zu bestimmen.
