I've been told you should always bleed from the furthest calliper first. So in the ZX14s case it'll be the left calliper (gearbox lever side) first.

Careful with that brake fluid matey it damages paintwork. Here's a tip. When you open a new bottle of brake fluid don't just rip open the foil cap. Instead poke a small round hole in the edge of the foil with a pen or similar. Makes it easier to handle the fluid in awkward spots. You can even stop the flow with a finger as locating or removing the bottle. We do this with oil, antifreeze or any other fluids with a foil cap.

Should bleed left caliper first (farthest) and then work your way back up. FYI

The rubber shouldn't be in the shape of a cup, it only goes like that as the brake fluid gets low.. you should push it back before installing.. also top up some more brake fluid.. personally I'd be more careful for not spilling it anywhere.. can be dangerous if it goes on discs and pads, also destructive.. can also ruin plastics and paint.. hope this helps.

Thanks for the video, do you not bleed the rear caliper too as they are linked brakes?
