Great looking pattern Johan, thank you. Did you say the trigger point material was sheep's wool and the head veil / topping was icelandic sheep?
@JohanLindqvistPiketeaser6 жыл бұрын
Thank you,yes the trigger point is a material called Sheep fleece or Sheep wool.not sure about the correct name.On the head I used a material called Icelandic sheep,also called nayat or even snow runner.This material drives me crazy,it got so many different names =D

@@JohanLindqvistPiketeaser thank you. Yes lots of names, as long as it looks good and moves well. Its like hair of a dog, is it dog's hair called temple or a cure for a hang over? lol, either way that was a cool pattern, i'm subscribing :oD And I think my next vise upgrade will be a Mongoose, haven't heard complaints and a few production tyers i know use it.

Where do you get your craft fur? I have a hard time finding it in that length.

beautiful fly tying.regarding your vise,overall are you happy with it?is the pedastal base sturdy?Thankyou.
@JohanLindqvistPiketeaser7 жыл бұрын
Thank you,Overall I'm very happy with it.It's not a JVice or MPJ but a good work horse for good money imo.The pedestal could be a bit heavier but for me it's not a deal breaker,I use the C-clamp more nowadays :)

You need to work on your camera angle and lighting. More lighting on fly with a profile plate background and I think you would get more "likes". Good luck and have a good day sir.
