Blencathra via sharp edge/ a grade 1 scramble/ Lake District/ hiking/ 10:07:2022

Not been able to get out much lately but I decided I’d get out on a Sunday and head up to the lakes to take advantage of the decent weather. Seen as the weather was good I wanted to do a scramble so picked blencathra via sharp edge.
I’m not the best with these scrambles but I do like to get out of my comfort zone and push myself. The ridge looks more daunting then it actually is but that’s my opinion.
The walk itself was really beautiful and the views from the top of blencathra are insanely stunning! Well worth giving it a go!
I also broke my drone landing it so I could clear the data already on it so couldn’t get any footage which is gutting but there’s more then enough footage on the camera to show you just how beautiful it is.
