Great work and attention to detail, two problems that I saw immediately is that you used orthographic view mode to match the photo which is in a perspective view and of course a certain focal length, this can be obtained manually until it feels right or searching what camera was used. And the other one is that you went to a high poly density too quickly to fix curvature (like the eyelids) and or other surface details that are more easy to control from a low poly density. So always add the higher density at last for the secondary and tertiary details, and the low density is where the proportions and other primary details are done...

i learned some trick in your video, even do not say something... i wondering no people feel strange about your sculpting remesh method... in common, people use multires for sculpt small detail.. but, in your video is very diffrence... i don't see any tutorial about this in internet..even, i don't see someone use this..Except you.. i tried this method, like zoom in and keep distance for draw small detail, this method get good performance than use multires...

This is creative, however most people don't watch time-lapse cause they don't get to know how to do something. I'd suggest you do how to videos or a video on your process, that way people know they're learning and getting value than just watching everything and not relating ...
