I like the method of doing separate body parts as individual meshes, i always try to grab and dynatopo it instead. I like your method. Question, how would i set up my brushes that way at the bottom is that just the normal brushes attached to the bottom. Is there a guide i can follow? I'm kinda new to blender. Also the Retopo tool looks rad.

Thank you! Both methods are great. I started trying this method a little more recently and prefer it for my starting base. Laying out the body parts as different meshes helps me out more visually for some reason. The sculpting brushes should appear at the bottom if you are updated to the most recent version of blender.
