i only have view toll and item i dont have a cats tab there what do i do?

You'll need to install the cats plugin (latest) to ur blender 2.9 or before

So I tried that and for some odd reason it breaks my model and it’s the same with clothing as well so as you can imagine it’s very annoying haha

You select the head mesh and body mesh in object mode and press the J key.
