It took me ages to figure out that a small part missing in a tutorial can almost make someone give up on using Blender. You mention briefly about applying the modifier without showing how it is done. Therefor I assumed that it's already applied when they are added. It's taken 3 hours to figure that out.... My verts didn't show up in the same way that yours do. Using Blender 3.1 For anyone wondering about this, add the modifiers, tab into object mode, go to each modifier, next to the camera icon select the dropdown arrow and then select apply. Tab back into edit mode and you should then see the same dots as in the tutorial.

Pra mim o esqueleto foi uma parte com muito problemas, mas com dedicação eu consegui, espero que continue com seus conteúdos ! Gratidão 😍 Saudação do Brasil 💗 I met you 3 days ago, and for 3 days I've been practicing without knowing anything about blender, I made several mistakes, but I didn't give up. And it worked! Well done Keelen, you're amazing, you keep it simple, I have a bit of a problem, I am using the version 3.6 when I add the single vert and add both modifiers (skin and subdivision )and it automatically takes me to edit mode, when I am in verticles mode, the cube doesn't have enough loop(verticles) only at the top and bottom, here by this is only a straight line,so I can't grab anything else. I find your method of teaching easy to follow, please help.
