Blender Cycles. Study of realistic human skin using Emily 2.1

This is the finished work I did from study of skin. At first, it wasn't my intention to finish it but after reading some advices I decided to improve the render.

I am trying to learn skin texturing and I was wondering if you had any tips on the node setup in cycles for this (I did find the high level graphs that you have on the USC site, but i'm not exactly sure how to create those in blender).

I import the Emily obj file but there are missing some files Materiels are missing: Skin_Blend_01, Eye_Wetness_01, Eye_Lashes_mtl, Eye_Outter_blend_01, Eye_Inner_Iris_SSS_01

In fact i wan't to understand the node structure to make material like human skin more easyier, i saw that you using a lot of fresnel, i like to use it too because it help me too have more natural look on some material, but on human skin i never used it.

this is impressive, but it involved costly scaning technologie, i want to make original 3d character in a much more easy way, than using those impressive scanning of photogrametric stuff, it's very hard to animate something realistic as this one, but your concept proof that Blender is able to do photoreal organic stuff. Again the People at USC rules for CGI research ^^

You really can't get to that level of detail without taking a photograph. There's no way in hell all of that texturing isn't photography.
