welding engineer here. really great work 👍bought it. one of the best looking welds on the market. you should consider add "multi pass welds" for thicker steel construction welding. that would be perfect. thx.

Would be nice to be able to adjust the lines independently from mesh geometry to keep things speedy

That looks kind of like TIG welding with shielding gas. Would be interesting to see something that emulates flux core welding with all the slag that results.
