In blender, under the view menu, you can do a viewport render instead of a screenshot.

Sir I want to ask one thing which bothers me a lot that is dimensions of an object means length width height Suppose If we are making a vintage retro phone and we are modelling this for an animated entertainment movies in which there is a scene in which characters are talking on phone, what dimensions should be taken?
