How to use that in video game
@zerobio5 күн бұрын
@@roboforce4397 well you would import each fbx into unity or unreal and also import all the textures and set up materials/shaders. You would probably want to make sure your model is lower poly than some of what I have made here. Best thing is to get unity or unreal and practice importing the models and textures and see how it goes.

I'm really glad if you find anything on the channel useful. Thank you for letting me know. The only thing I would caution you about with these videos is that I don't tend to concern myself too much (or enough) with lower poly modeling and that might be an issue for you with your games. So if you take what you will from these videos and perhaps lower the poly can't where you can, you might be better off.

For whatever strange reason, when I extrude with the orange door model or attempt to bevel the door model, it breaks, and all of the mesh stretches to the 3d cursor or the origin of the mesh. Does this sound like a problem you may be able to help me understand and fix?
@zerobio19 күн бұрын
@@LoveIze it's hard to say but I'd bet that some of the polys are flipped. If you haven't already, select the entire door in edit mode and ctrl-n / recalculate outside. You can also check face direction from the overlays tab at the top menu. Also, make sure if you've done any scaling or rotating while in object mode that you apply scale and rotation by ctrl-a / apply scale and rotation. I'd bet it is one of the above.
