Thanks for the tutorial. Finally in Unity 2020.1 we have an option "Bake Axis Conversion" (Model Tab) to transform the model axis to Unitys left handed z-forward, y-up coordinate system. Yay. :)

I do create colliders in Blender as a child of the gameobject. I then create a meshcollider for the collider which I created in Blender and delete the meshrenderer. As I want to have a collider which is not as complex as my low poly gameobjects but more complex than a simple BoxCollider. Is there any downside apart from the time required making a collider?

No it's a good thing, it isnt visible so there is no drawcall and it is more performant than the default MeshCollider, especially when it is not convex - just be careful to not assign a material to this object in Blender, but I guess you know this.

Yes, it is very low poly and uses the same material and texture as all the others.

Create material in unity and add texture to this material will automatically assign the color to the showel when I imported form blender? How is it possible? Or you get material from blender?

It is possible because of the UV unwrapping we made in Blender. The model knows how to map polys to the texture then.
