For anyone looking for an explanation about the offset numbers, using a negative number tells Blender the frame that a wave should end instead of when it should start. All three waves use offset times that can be multiplied by whole numbers to get 54 frames, which is one frame longer than the animation. This makes the waves loop seamlessly because the first and last frame of the waves end up matching matching up on the first frame of the timeline. If you want to do this yourself with a different animation length, all you need to do is subtract one frame from the total length, and then divide that number by how many times you want the wave to cycle in one animation loop. Put the result in Offset as a negative number. For example, if you animation length is 160 frames, and you have a wave you want to run five times per loop, you can type "-159/5" in Offset.
