See that's interesting. I'll try it out. So far I've been doing this thing where I draw shapes and then I use the blender on the outline of the shape to make the ink bleed out like water color.

No, it won't ruin it! You can just scribble with it and the ink will be transparent again. But we know what you mean, it makes us squirm a little to see that brand new tip get a different ink color on it :)

@@ArtnFlyOfficial very much appreciated, btw what paper would you recommend that limits marker bleeding on the other side of the paper (if you know)? I'm very frugal and don't want to waste precious ink from saturating the paper underneath. I know laying cardboard under the paper is helpful. Thanx

How wet does the paper get while using alcohol Markers?

I got a set of 168 alcohol markers with multiple colorless blenders and they were all empty/unfilled. What should they be filled with? Just alcohol or is there a special colorless blender alcohol "ink" for filling/refills?

i dont think theyre empty. they wouldn't deliver empty blenders

I've been getting the urge to get into art stuff again just as a casual hobby. I got some adult coloring books and some watercolor pencils (other brands) and have been trying the pencils first on plain watercolor paper with brushes. They worked great with a water brush, but I just bought a set of your blenders to go over my watercolor pencil in the coloring books I got, to smooth them out & look more like marker. Looking forward to trying it out. I figure the marker will be better for thin coloring pages, than water.

You need a special kind of paper to use watercolor

@mr.auster1481 I think that's pretty obvious, I'm not clueless. I know what watercolor paper is and already have some. But a coloring book not being on watercolor paper doesn't magically prevent me from messing around and activating the pencils on it with water if I want to. I'm not trying to turn coloring pages into sellable art, I did say I was doing it as a causal hobby for fun. Edit: I just realized I already stated in my first comment you responded to that I had and was testing the pencils on watercolor paper to begin with. So idk why you felt the need to inform me of "special paper" as if I don't know it exists lolol

Both, if we understand the question correctly...it's usually used to create a sort of transition between colors.

@@ArtnFlyOfficial well you see in this video you only used one type of maker brand to show and it dosnt really help me in my situation where i use ohuhu markers , and they dont really work like the markers that you use. the ohuhu marker colorless blender can erase the color you put on the paper and i tried your techniques but in general it just didnt help but kind of confused me ;-;
