I didn’t notice any difference in them and it seems to me that they are like brothers the same but slightly different in modeling and animation

Like the caparision you put out. Blender is Free to use, and Cinema4D is very pricy. However dispite the cost difference, blender is easier to design character while Cinema 4D is easier to animate. Some people still use Blender to create character designs and transfer them to Cinema 4D

C4d prices getting higher And the update isn't very satisfied for the user these years. While maya/blender Got very big improvement and not overpriced for the expectation

I'm ngl I find maya easier to animate in than blender but I like blender more

Maya key framing is smoother and one can easily create fluid animations but overall blender is more organised. Maya doesn’t have different modes such as edit mode like in blender and instead compiles everything into one such as when you are editing faces which makes it a bit😮 more complicated. However Arnold renders faster and better than cycles. Just my opinion tho.

the difference is that blender is very difficult to animate, but you can create very realistic and epic animations. but cinema 4d is very simple and any beginner will learn how to make animation, but the graphics are bad and so on

It's true that Blender is difficult to animate their graph editor is really annoyed. There's no reason to compare Blender and Cinema 4D about graphic, because that's upon Render Engine. If you judge graphic from this video, I'm not surprised.
