I was just born when these came out but what a great time to grow up. Out from sun up to sun down and then watch a Carry On or another Great British comedy or film. Also, his daughter was the original Greta Thunberg and a lot better on the eyes.

Dave Freeman did a workmanlike job of opening out and extending the story arcs from the half hour of a sitcom episode's running time to the 3x as long of a feature. But 20 years Freeman made a fairly dismal fist of Rogers & Thomas's 'Carry On Columbus'.

At 47:20 Sally was on a protest in this movie about no more non disposable containers, in south australia in 2024 they've just banned the use of them, its strange how it takes 50 odd years to make specific changes in local business practices, just an observation on my part, hmmm.
