Please Everyone seek to be Fully possessed by the Holy Spirit. Never think once you are anything without it possessing every atom of your body, & all essence of your soul, it is all or nothing also. Either you have the guidence of the spirit the world puts in you or you have leading by the Holy Spirit. Thats it. Spirit is all or none either you cant be poor in it. If you are poor to it though it will not dwell in you. Humbly commit all to God so we can be with Holy Spirit Always.

Perverted teaching. Blessed are the poor in spirit doesn't mean we have to be poor in spirit to be blessed. Just think about the next sentence, that likewise, we don't have to mourn to be blessed. The essence of the the Beatitudes is about the "good news", that was why Jesus mentioned the poor in spirit and those who mourn.

What did Paul say that was perverse..? The whole meaning of what Jesus said was that only the poor in SPIRIT can inherit the Kingdom of God. You must be broken, humbled, contrite, impoverished in spirit, not in wealth or worldliness to inherit the Kingdom. In essence the verse is referring to a complete regeneration of heart to call the Christian to be poor. It is God doing the work of us being poor in Spirit; not us.
