I have been enjoying watching your lunch and dinner videos. I see that you give a variety of foods to your kids and that’s a great idea. If they do ask for seconds of some of there food do you give them more if they are home of course.

I keep meaning to make them ahead a couple of hours so he’ll be used to it when school starts back. I keep getting busy and then boom! It’s noon! 😂 definitely need to do that soon, though. Great idea!

Your kids are such good eaters. My youngest son is picky and only likes bland food for some reason. My oldest son is trying to come up with excuses for why he doesn't want to eat even though he's usually fine with what's for lunch or dinner.

Melatonin is a natural hormone that your body produces that makes you sleepy. Nate has to take a melatonin supplement to help him feel sleepy at bedtime. It helps a lot! :)
