I guess by relative standards its affluent but come on have you seen what the south Africans, Nigerians and ghanaians are doing. if a suburb is going to thrive and rise to the standards then it needs to have strict codes of conduct and development . you shouldn't have chibage in the yard..here in England you are restricted to what you can do in most neighbourhood to uphold and maintain their reputation

Most of these houses are actually complete guys, many owners have adopted the 'plaster it don't paint it' natural look. Its cheaper and less maintenance and I must say its actually grown on me and surely one for my next project.

Sorry to be a bit negative here, but I am mostly seeing unfinished houses without the WOW factor or ecstatic exterior deco. No panache or flair at all!!! Also, what's happening with some of those colosseum houses? Something needs to be done about the poor roads, planning is a bit haphazard, and some of the landscape is atrocious. Respect to the new money though.

its mostly people that are renting or live in ordinary houses that post such comments because they dont know the sweat and tears that goes into building for family. People that live in mansions will always encourage thier brothers that everything big starts small. smiling
