you know, i never really understood why that many people seem to think of the two as different ponies. i mean, it's been at least a decade since that flashback, dash was a foal back then after all, and except for the cutie mark thing they are literally the same exact dude. sure, he's gotten some weight and has a different mane style, but can anyone say they look exactly the same they did a decade ago? i mean, i could show you pics of my dad (or me for that matter) from now and ten years ago and by that same logic we'd have to be two different dudes as well.

thechatteringclown I see your point, but if you watch the last Christmas themed episode (you know the one with the 3 stories and the cool luna song) you can see that pony in the background (at the very end of the episode when they sing the last song on the left, in case you want to check). That definitely wasn't her dad. That's at least my reason for believing that.

I initially was a little uncomfortable with some of the jokes DWK makes, particularly certain words he uses semi-frequently. But his delivery is so perfect and insight so clever, I just learned to get over myself and enjoy the hell out his videos. I get the tone is intentional and not really meant to offend, unlike others online.
