PLUS... when it calls for 1 cup, it is a LEVEL cup measurement, not a heaping cup. Same with 1 teaspoon. Level, not heaping. Your cookie pan in the oven should be placed so they are in the middle side to side and middle up and down so the heat is evenly distributed. Cool challenge though. LOL!
