André Olbricht is one of the most melodic and musical guitarists in metal. His and Marcus' harmonies simply can't be praised enough. Hansi is probably not that quiet, he gunerally uses proper mix technique with a fair bit of compression. Singing from the body, as you should for metal. Possible he might be doing something different here, hard to tell with all the layers.

He is not quiet I saw a rehearsal video where they only let you hear the room they're in so without guitars and amplified voice, you could still hear Hansi over the sound of the drums.
