I've actually rehearsed in this Bunker with some friends (it was 2007 I think) and I didn't know to this day that Blind Guardian used to rehearse there too. I still drive by that thing once or twice a month, lol.

Ich glaube ich hab damals sogar ne Träne verdrückt als ich die Nachricht in der Rockhard oder Metal Hammer gelesen hatte. Aber sie haben sich ja leider (für mich persönlich) spätestens bei der "a night at the opera" ins negative entwickelt.

He played bass until Imaginations from the Other Side tour. After that he focused on vocals.

Why did Hansi stopped playing the bass? Had he ever spoke about that?

@@julietabelenmenincela5710 He stopped when they started work on Nightfall - music became too complex to do both things + Hansi never really cared about bass playing and thought that someone else (Oliver) would do the job better.

They had some cool shit back in the days. I remember to have seen live clips of Dimmu Borgir, vids of Die Krupps etc. TBH, i bought most of the stuff they showed and loved it. Couldn't go wrong back in those days
