Me da mucho gusto que las autoridades hayan hecho su trabajo y dar con ese energúmeno, pero como que no va a recibir algún castigo, por maltrato y abandono animal, se merece una fuerte multa y el pago de los gastos médicos veterinarios. Y todavía dejarlo con la mamá perra, no es justo, deben ponerlo en lista de personas agresoras de animales y no dejarlo tener ya ninguna mascota. Así que presionar a las autoridades para que castiguen a ése energúmeno, por favor necesitamos empezar a poner ejemplos para que estos actos empiecen a vajar.
