There was some really cool subtle symbolism in Verosika giving Blitz the heart cake; One interpretation is that her giving him the cake is her saying “Eat your heart out”; On the other hand, they highlight the bleeding of the heart, so it could also be referencing the term “a Bleeding Heart” and symbolizing how Verosika does feel a lot of sympathy for Blitz and still cares about him.

They defend Blitz like their life depends on it, and attack anyone who points out any of the things he did wrong, and at the same time despise Stolas and blame him for everything. I've never really seen those kinds of people on Stolas' side. They do sympathise with him, but they know they're both at fault. Toxic Blitz fans just don't see what he did wrong, and kinda because of that I'm more on Stolas' side. Doesn't really matter tho

@@ArtoriasB besides maybe Ozzy highlighting the difference between love and lust in his club…not really. Atleast, not in the show, but common when depicting Succubus in different medias. Basically since the normal depiction of Succubus is “Relationships=food source”, ‘love’ would be the last thing viewed for a couple. Of course it seems like the Vizipop universe X-cubi (incubus/Succubus) don’t need to drain human souls as food like normal depictions. It’s still assumed that creatures representing lust wouldn’t normally have a “Love” based partner. Especially since they basically work for Ozzy, the Sin of lust, who during the club episode clearly draws a line between Lust and Love when bashing on Moxie singing a ballad to Millie.

I really hope we get an episode to mirror this having stolas realize his mistakes. Making blitz uncomfortable for most of season 1, looking down on most imps like when he physically harms his butlers. Expecting some big romantic scene out of blitz after the whiplash of acting like he's taking the book away and ruining his livelihood.

He wasnt expecting anything big though? The biggest thing he was hurt by was blitz making light of and mocking his feelings. Thats what hurt him most, that blitz not only didn't reciprocate his feelings but he was making a complete joke out of it. If blitz hadn't completely lashed out on him, just like stella used to do and acted like his heartfelt emotions were roleplay, he wouldnt have portalled him away or cried, he would've accepted his rejection much better. Not that this absolves him of everything but stolas isn't stupid, despite his inexperience and royal ignorance. He didn't act like he was taking away his livelihood, though he did make the mistake of starting off like it. He gave him the crystal immediately after, didn't he? Blitz got triggered due to his abandonment issues, that is understandable but technically, stolas DIDNT act like he was taking away his livelihood.

Which is what he tells striker when he catches him. So he knew he could be damaged to some extent that should be avoided. And instead of telling him, and that the assassin is still OUT there and capable. He kept silent about it

Thanks to a line in the trailers where octavia is criticizing stolas for some of his shitty attitudes i can safely say this episode will be soon mirrored with the series also callin out how much of the fault is on stolas cause he did fuck up A LOT as well even more than blitz to be honest, yeah bltiz is a more in general piece of shit but when it comes with his actual relationship with stolas hes basically better than stolas himself the whole thing was a transactionsl thing even if both of them had feelings for eachother so we can't fault blitz foe thinking stolas didn't take him seriously especislly knowing how much he kept making him uncomfortable by doing stuff like calling him.his "impish little plaything" or using "Blitzy" as a pet name wich blitz left very clear he disliked, sure maybe stolas THINKS he's never looked down upon blitz but he certainly has since he ignores the context clues of his behaviour, i love stolas a lot but people baby him too much when he's guilty if not more guilty for the wjole ordeal happening like it happened than blitz

Oh, boy. Shark. This is one of those heavy hitting emotional episodes! You get all kinds of witty, snarky comments coming from Blitz. However, Verosika throwing an “anti-Blitzø” party where she and all of Blitz’s exes come together to celebrate how much they hate him is all played for laughs to them. But despite all of that, Verosika seems to acknowledge the fact that she may still resent Blitz, but deep down realizes he really is feeling anguish and regret for once in his life. Something she never knew would happen. Despite his half-baked apologies, his way of seeking atonement is really starting to show.

Loved the reaction! I Do love the songs this episode! The sacrifice scene was hilarious! Stolas and Blitzø conversations, and the conversations with Verosica, I saw a lot of growth in all of them by talking to each other. I loved the parallel of him hitting the book on the ground to get closer to Stolas from the scene in S2 E1 of the book being on the ground and approaching Stolas to steal it from him. I do think Stolas will freak out next time we see him, because of what he did with the Succubus and remember seeing Blitzø at the party. I do hope Blitzø and Stolas are end game but I’m ok for them to go through the pain to get there.

I've been watching him for a while, he explained it on his old channel that he does get copyright claims, so he doesn't make any money on videos. He does get strikes, but tends to fight them. He wins/has won a lot of times, but his channel got taken down at least 6-7 times already. For the reactions he couldn't upload to KZbin because they'd get blocked, he uploaded onto 3 different sites, all for free.
