Anna’s crazy intro, An elf, a princess, a reindeer, and two I haven’t figured out yet they do like to dress up a bit and have fun. Hi Jessie, I think this is the only Christmas song I've heard that drops an "F" bomb. 🤔 I can't find the lyrics either, but I agree there's some cognitive dissonance going on there. But they are punk at heart, and that edge is one of the things I love about them. Their music is so honest and from the heart, which is why it hits home. When they're sad, they will break your heart, and when they are happy, you feel their joy. It's funny, in this Anna is driving the girls around in the big band van; she's actually been taking driving lessons from the drummer Kate's dad, Alex. There are some funny videos of that, and he sounds like me teaching my son to drive recently. 😂 This was filmed in the Music Store, a huge store in Germany, with the generosity of their Patreons raising 2,500 euros in about a week, and the generosity of the store's owner and other friends. So there is some true happiness here. I love your channel; it's a joy seeing you react to some incredible music that you never heard before, but that I grew up with. It's sad when you listen to the line " I won't be home for Christmas, it's just another year" , when you remember they've been refugees ever since Putin's attack upon their homeland drove them from their homes. Stand with Ukraine!
