It's not about worshiping the car, it is about finding your inner peace, communing with your spirit while driving and listening to the music that brings you those feelings - like Home Free does for many of us. Finding freedom from the everyday nuisances and aggravations. I have not ben able to have anyone define 'country music' for me. When people complain that "that's not country", I ask - well then, what is? What defines it? I have NEVER gotten an answer. The usual quote is "3 chords and the truth" - but that covers a lot of territory.

Very cool perspective - I like that. Yeah country music is a big genre. I feel like most country has a sort of twang to it. But I haven't listened to that much of it so it's possible that's not reminiscent of the whole genre.

If you liked Tim and the harmonies in this one, try "Do You Hear What I Hear" and "Helplessly Hoping".

One of my favorite "ear worms" 😆 Once I hear Adam's percussion on this one it replays in my head for the rest of the day ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ (And I love HF's attention to details--they consistently put forth the effort with creative touches like the old tv look/old radio sound that IMHO put their music and videos on a level above all others. 🥇) #HomeFree

Such a good rendition of this song. Love Adam’s beatboxing, Tim’s low notes and Austin’s gospel takes. Good one C! 😍😃

I found this and I listen to this song. Home Free is my favorite group. I am glad that Tim started this song. The harmonies are beautiful. Adam is a great beatboxer. Austin high tenor and Rob's tenor Chance's baritone. 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤

Late to the party, as always. But it was after midnight and I was sleeping.🥱 That car is so cool! Why not worship it? 🥰I like the song and it sounds somehow familiar. It´s like driving while listen to the car radio and the songs played and find your peace of mind.. or something. Great version of this song! Thanks for sharing!🌷

This is a country song. Maren Morris is a country-rooted artist with added pop, R&B, and Hip Hop elements. Home Free does this with some of their songs, too.

I love the genre-blending! Some of my favorite songs are genre-blended songs like that.

I don't recognise most of their covers, as most of them are country and that's a genre not very known in my country. But that's fine. I enjoy them anyway and I don't feel the urge to listen to the original after hearing their cover because I love their version so much. Their harmonies are always on point, but they do have some where they went all the way with them, like Brothers in Arms, Helplessly Hoping or In The Blood. Crazy beatboxing: Listen. To The Music or Ain't Going Down ('Til The Sun Comes Up). The last one only on Facebook.
