This is by far the best interview video I have ever listened to. Dr. Makary is spot on! Bless his knowledge. I have spoke to family and friends about everything that the Dr has stated and told them I truly believe so many illnesses, diseases, and the overweight problem in society is the very causes or effects of what Dr Makary stated. I was always looked at like I had two heads because those I spoke with believed their Dr or mainstream news. I will be sending or directing this video to them in hopes it may open their eyes, ears, and heart to a better life. Thank you, Louis and Dr. Makary.

My symptoms carried on for 15 years and were showing no signs of stopping!!! I was started on HRT (oestrogen and progesterone) after extensive investigations to rule out other causes of my symptoms, which couldn’t possibly be related to menopause!!! I’m now really well and no longer have ANY symptoms, the most significant thing for me is I’m now sleeping really well.

Great discussion 💛 We women are listening and learning. When will the penny finally drop for medics? And why are so many still desperate to cling to outdated guff, it's clearly detrimental to their patients, but the doctors keep plugging their own ears? I'm still hearing about women recently having their HRT doses cut by GPs in the UK. How's that for a blindspot? Thank you both so much. Look forward to learning more from you 🤩xx

You won’t get individualized/personal advice here. You may want to discuss an internal vaginal estrogen like vagifem with your doctor.

Estriol cream is 100% safe. Additionally, you could take INTRAROSA, but of course, first, you have to get informed. Watch Dr Newson's clips - she is one of the absolutely best Menopause experts in the world!!!
