I like how you aren't afraid to give a low rating to a wine. Sometimes I feel like wine reviewers are afraid to give any rating below 85 or so. It's like the rating scale is really only 10 or 15 points with the other 80 or so given by default.

Rogelio, try the Mac Murray Pinot, $13.99. It's a Russian River Valley Pinot, light cool climate Pinot with bright fruit up front that carries through to a nice smooth finish. It would be perfect with poultry,might meat or even a mushroom linguine.

Most California pinots are highly overrated, Oregon for me just knocks their socks off and it's been that way for a while. Washington cab tends to be better too.
