There needs to be an application that you can say the moves to your mic and the app does the moves automatically for you, allowing you to play blindfolded on your own. Maybe there is one that we don't know about, but it would be very interesting and very plausible with the technology we have today...

I know him personally, he wasn't cheating. He plays a LOT of chess, and even then Fabiano was praising him for playing well for a 1900, he was never suspicious of him using an engine as all the moves were very human moves.

Opponent was almost certainly using a database or engine until the time scramble. An app like the iphone "Chess Openings" app with a database and an engine (albeit a relatively weak one) would do it, especially since he's using a few seconds each move. No question he wasn't playing for real here, because this is heavier theory than he could have known.

He wasn't cheating man. He plays the catalan set ups regularly, I played atleast 60 game with him online and know him in person, he is of that caliber rated like 2000 on lichess, its his 2nd year playing too.

I have seen 2 first games on twich. I don't know what the fuck was going on, are they were drunked, after drugs or whatever else but that was just wrong. I understand they were messing around heavily but they played like 1500 or maybe even worse... It was totally inappropiate and disrespectful for viewers. Dissapointing ;/
