Honestly, anybody who can go toe-to-toe with zallard in blindfolded punch-out deserves all the respect in the world. Hootey did a great job. That being said...kings are still kings; and zallard is no exception. zallard is the king of all things Punch-out.

It's weird how ridiculously easy these runners make Super Punch-Out Blindfolded look like, but Mike Tyson's Punch-Out looks extremely hard Blindfolded, even with skilled players.

Going to be honest, I loved the run, but not merely for its excellent execution. If there's one thing that we usually don't get to see in marathon runs is when it all goes downhill and how they have to react. Spiced up especially in Super Punch Out. Excellent job to both Zallard and Hootey :)

honestly, it's really fun watching the runners squirm. i never played SPO myself and i never knew there where actual mechanics unique to different boxers, like Masked Muscle and the spit or Nick Bruiser and the elbowing your hand. Actually seeing the runners need to go off-script massively and actually fight blind was twice as entertaining as when they actually hit the scripts. It's surprising this hasnt happened more often with all the Punch Out marathon runs. if i recall, there were no REALLY bad fights in any of the complete blind runs of a punch out game (the MTPO failed attempts not included) but seeing a few fights go awry here was honestly really entertaining, especially since it was during a race

Shame hooty lost, but Hootey also had some huge though minor time loses thanks to setting two new records and starting half a second behind Zallard. Fight to fight, Hootey had better times, just where hootey lost time he lost a lot of time.
