Fun facy, bansomaru, mogami, and the old guy actually first appear in the exposition of S1 ep1 when the narrator is explaining that there are espers in the world. They were shown along with three or four other people we don't know. I juts find it cool how they were foreshadowed from the very beginning of the series, even before we were introduced to mob. Goes to show how well thought out this show is

*Wow, best intro ever!!!* Man, episodes 4 & 5 cannot come soon enough...yet I enjoyed this reaction nonetheless. Especially due to the concept of The Dragger, and because of all these powers that people say they have ended up manifesting into this OP Psycho paranormal lady. Man, it was pretty terrifying.....But it was so awesome!!!! We also get introduced to our *BIG BOI* Shimra. Who admittedly is a pretty awesome psychic. (Also as bad as I felt for him during the playground scene, I honestly could not have laughed harder during it. XD) Another plus would have to be the moment with Reigen and Terror....cause Its just such a pure scene!!!! Omigosh, I love the way he talks to them you can really tell how much this Con man loves his dogs. Either way, the next episode will be interesting as well...without giving much away, it definitely adds a situation in which one of the protagonists has to question their morals and decide where they are standing. It's definitely an episode that gives abit more insight into said character. So there's that. "That was the scariest villain we've had so far... *(Not another word...or there will be Hell to pay....)*

There's no factual information of what Reigen see and can't see. Conclusion can only derive by reading manga or anime, Reigen can only see spirit that have strong spiritual presence. As spirit that can manifested in front normal people as "Ceiling Crasher", "Scent-Ghoul" and "The Boss". Reigen can't see weak spirit and as I remember Reigen never interact other ghost below Dimple rank. Dimple can consider as strong presence spirit after he survive and eat all other spirit in Matsuo's jar.

My assumption (and I've looked through multiple sources and found no official confirmation) is that ever since the fight with the scars, Reigen gained the ability to see any spirit that's not actively trying to hide their presence. It seems like spirits have three visibility modes: Visible mode, where strong spirits exert effort to make themselves visible to anyone, their base mode, where normal people can't see them, and "extra invisible mode", where only powerful espers can see them. It seems like Reigen gained the ability to see spirits in their base mode after absorbing Mob's energy, based on what he told Dimple.

Consider this about Reigen, After he had a minuscule amount of power awakened he could see anything unless they were in invisible mode. So drager wouldn't have been seen to him his eyes would be like his phone and not see the picture.
