I still remember learning about how they made this song. Tom and Mark went to separate rooms to write whatever came to their minds. Mark wrote about tragic love, Tom wrote about sex. My brother Jesse Palmer passed away 2 years ago. He always loved listening to Blink 182 especially this song. I always felt bad for him cuz I could tell he was depressed for years an kept listening to blink 182 on repeat especially the more down down songs. Now that he’s gone I appreciate all these songs they remind me of growing up in the 90’s and all the great times we had together as brothers. RIP brother I will see you on the other side ❤️

This is probably my favorite Blink 182 song. Mark and Tom actually both sing a lot instead of one doing back up vocals for the other, or just having one of them sing. when i was in high school it sort of made me mad that these guys wrote these songs in their 30s, well beyond their teenage angst (which, at the time i saw as their main demographic appeal). Now as a 24 year old I appreciate their music more than when I was 12. Age is only a number.
