As someone who works in live sound with touring bands with exactly this sort of set up I can break it down. This is clearly a production rehearsal, likely for Coachella, so they have their full audio stage spec that they’ll have on show day. They’ll take this exact rig in most likely. They have a monitor console for their in-ears. Next to the console is the in-ear packs and transmitters, admittedly there are quite a lot there, looks like around 20. Each band member has one and likely a backup as well, each crew member will have one so they can all talk to each other from across the stage. Crew would likely be at least 10; one stage tech for each member, production manager, at least 2 tour managers, monitor tech, FOH tech, lighting tech, video tech at bare minimum. Then there’s a guitar rig world for each member on either side for the techs to tune and maintain all of their instruments. And finally a couple of foldback speakers for each member so that if they want to take their in-ears out at any time they can still hear what’s going on. The amps to those are directly behind the monitor console. They’d also have a recording set up, and potentially some playback gear if they are using any samples such as backing vocals, synths etc, which I’m almost certain they would. To be honest I’m surprised there’s not more gear. When I’ve done production rehearsals for big shows we’ve also brought in the FOH console with a small PA (this could also be in another room so they can hear it better), full lighting and video package etc. If you think this is a lot, Slipknot tour with a crew of more than 50 on top of the band.
