yeah, it's always a first, a fifth, a sixth and a fourth, the first one changes, and the note itself too, but it's the same shape, it's the most used chord progression in pop music, tom's rythm parts also do the same

Some time the tabs are not made right. Think of your crossover so your sixth fret on the A string is also the 1st on the D string you can play this whole song with out leaving the the first 4 frets. But you're also not wrong a lot of hit songs do follow the same chord progressions

Thanks mate saved me heaps of time, when one is in a new band and they want so many songs a week learnt, especially when you have not even heard of them! It's great to just put name of song with Bass at end. Then I can learn to play song while learning the song. Thanks again for your effort, I don't care if your an octave out on a note or they are wrong, I will decide when I jam the song of what's best because we have to have some musical input. Indigo

It's a 5 strings bass, standard tuning : BEADG I don't use B string for this song, so i play a 2nd string to play E note and i play 3rd string to play A note.
