There are A LOT of African Americans moving to South Africa (and elsewhere in Africa), and they are so anxious when they first arrive. Just months later they catch the chill vibes and start relaxing. It makes me so happy to see it. 🇿🇦❤️🇿🇦❤️ They've come home. 🌝

OK, I get it, Chinese culture is a peaceful one. Please explain the Sino-Vietnamese War of 1978 with its estimated 100,000 casualties. I am not even speaking of Damansky/Zhenbao incident of 1969 which opened a prospect of nuclear exchange.

Peaceful is probably not a good term non aggressive is a much better term.

@steveturners1258,The People‘s Republic of China never invade other countries, nor bully others. But It doesn't mean Chinese is weak or gutless. This also does not mean that China can be easily invaded or bullied. Your mentioned Zhen Bao, B4 Chinese war back with USSR, The Chinese greatest leader Mao Zedong stated "人不犯我我不犯人,人若犯我我必犯人“. That time is said to USSR. It also to the European, American and all the Westerns. The Zhen-bao War happened under such situations of ”人若犯我,我必犯人“ and "China can not be easily invaded". Unfortunately, I can't find English to explain exactly meaning of ”人不犯我我不犯人,人若犯我我必犯人“,which this philosophy that Chinese is still strongly believing and China is executing to the any of other countries and any other nations。。。

@@baiding9321 Thank you for you insight, it's very interesting. Russians have a similar saying, "Чужой земли ни пяди нам не нужно, но и своей вершка не отдадим", though, I am sure, there are untranslatable nuances in that saying of the Greatest Leader. So, do I get it right, Soviet Union invaded China in that case? Or was it Russian Empire in the 19th century establishing unfair borders which Soviet Union inherited, and China in 1969 just correcting historical injustice? I was specifically asking about Sino-Vietnamese War because it's more recent, and some aspects of it might be easier to see. Are you saying Vietnam was violating sovereignty of China in that case, and China was defending itself?

@@steveturners1258 ,"Vietnam was violating sovereignty of China in that case, and China was defending itself?", Yes, in the same situation. We call it the "对越自卫反击战". If you “really” want to know the situation at that time, please do some research. But I do believe that is not purpose of your questioning. You are also very clear the situation at that time, Don't you?! The Chinese have a great proverb and phrase to describe your : "明知故问" and“揣着明白装糊涂”。I am soso sorry that I can‘t translate。。。But,I think you can get it! I think what you are going to ask next is: Tibet, Xinjiang, the South China Sea, and Taiwan, right? BTW, I had read on the Internet that someone said: "Shanghai should be independent." Do you think Shanghai belongs to the Chinese? I once read someone who also said ”The West should together and not let China become too strong and powerful (原话). The West even should use atomic weapons in China“. Don't you agree, do you?!: "Shanghai should be independent." Don't you agree, do you? and Do you think Shanghai belongs to China? ? ? Did I really misunderstand you?
