I got into kpop/Blackpink just 2-3 weeks ago and I have to say I have not at all gotten a bad vibe from Jennie, or any of them. Which is why it surprises me when I see negative comments. They all immediately come across as sweet, kind, down-to-earth, funny girls who get along great with each other and have a sisterhood bond...all this I got from just watching a bunch of their videos and interviews. Maybe because I'm a new fan so don't know the ins and outs of how things work and haven't followed them all these years but from what I've seen I genuinely don't understand the negativity. It seems impossible to have hate towards any of the girls, they're all so lovable. Jisoo is actually improving so much, especially with her listening skill. Probably because she's been in foreign countries a lot and doing interviews in English a lot as well. As Jennie said, she understands when someone speaks English so she doesn't have to translate. She just needs to be confident in her speaking because if she understands, then it'd be easy for her to speak! She's like most of us (English as foreign language). It's always easy to listen and understand English, but it's quite hard to speak. She gets confident by time so I'm sure that she'll become advanced in no time. 💕

It's nice that Jennie encourages Jisoo to learn English. Jisoo knows she needs to be fluent in Eng since BP has overseas promotions. She wants to learn and has Jennie to help her. When I learned English I was ashamed to speak it and my friends told me that it will speak even though my accent was not very good. But you have to have someone who will pressure you lovingly, bc doing it yourself is difficult. Thank you Jennie ❤️ Jisoo so cute

She taught them all how to dance. She said that Jisoo took months to learn fully and Lisa used to work extra hard and practice even on their breaks. Overall, she was in charge of teaching the new trainees how to dance so it must be other trainees too (pink punk other members) no wonder she was the leader of that group.

In most groups, the non-English speakers are kinda put under pressure (esp in English interviews), they get embarassed and are made fun of, are asked to talk less, and the English speakers can sometimes be a lil condescending (but not that, they are bad or something but just talking about a specific attitude). But in case of Bp, THAT NEVER HAPPENS, even tho 3/4 of the members can speak in English, Jisoo is never let to feel the pressure, instead she is encouraged to speak more but is not pushed, the girls, esp Jennie, seem the proudest when Jisoo speaks in English, they teach her and Jisoo appreciates it, and, every word Jisoo says in English goes viral 😂, even international celebs know em and use those phrases lol. You can see, how confident Jisoo's getting with her English :D And yes, Jisoo mainly learnt English JUST to roast.
