It definitely sounds like there were more hardships than you expected at first. I recognized some of the places you showed from your ASMR videos you filmed along the way. I am glad you had someone with you for safety and comfort. I have travel anxiety myself. I traveled 3000 miles once just to see that the Emergency Rooms in the hospital looked just like here. Not a fun way to spend your money and time. I could have never done all you did. I think its amazing and was a great experience for you!

Thanks for sharing all your anxieties and discomforts (some parts were pretty funny actually), travel really is a challenge no matter who you are. I've watched a lot of Michael Palin's travel series and as much as he loves travel, the homesickness, illnesses, street sellers, and chaos wallop him too

Gili Islands are gorgeous. My fiancé got the snorkelling with sea turtles for me for my birthday last year. The fast boat ride is fairly horrendous when it’s rough 🤢 Discovered your channel a couple months ago and I love it. Awesome vibe and a great way to vlog with an asmr twist 👌

@@blissfulwhisperasmr yeah I wouldn’t recommend it anybody it’s like being in a washing machine 😂 ..Also thanks for the shoutout to my home town. People talk about Melbourne but they never talk about how beautiful the Victorian countryside is. Puffing Billy and that whole Belgrave area in the hills is so beautiful. Hope you checked out some of the cafes around there, they’re very quaint. The thousand steps walk is just around the corner and is really nice too 🍃

Honestly it changes so rapidly as you move!! Every country different, I probably changed the contents of my bag 3 or 4 times completely and ended up with a suitcase 😂😂

I visited two weeks in patong but booked a hotel 10 minutes up the hill, above freedom beach and it was stunning mountain views. then done day trips. people can find outstanding places around Patong, just don't stay in the centre.

I didn’t I took my partner but I know loads of people going alone! The only work I did is my content which kept me busy but you could do Asia very cheaply
