My wife plants flowers and sunflowers 🌻 in and around garden to bring in the bees.

I had a garden from 2011 until 2016 and I used big black rolls of weed block from Lowe's and it kept grass and everything from growing around the plants

@@wild4theoutdoors you can buy extra bundles of those ground staples, so use plenty as you'll be walking on it constantly

I had the same problem this year. I had a round bale of hay left over from the winter and used it to mulch the garden. I have the exact same problem. I will only use weed fabric going forward.
