You know it really says something about how many people are at the party. While a few may just have been brief flings that attend the party for fun it looks like many of them were genuinely hurt. While I doubt he wounded most of them as badly as Verosica or Stolas there’s something about Blitz that obviously makes some people care about him pretty quickly despite that we never see him try particularly hard to alter his personality. Then his insecurity flares up and he ends the relationship and does something cruel to make sure the bridge is burned and they won’t chase after him. This party let him see that they couldn’t just stop caring and was what he needed to realize his problems need fixing.

Thank God they included this scene. The thing with stolas is complicated, and there is a lot that both of them did wrong. But ver is the best example of how Blitzo's issues hurt the people around him. He didn't just dump her for saying "I love you". He abandoned her, He stole her car, he maxed her credit cards out on his own selfish hobby. He punished her, and he's lucky she didn't kick him in the teeth and walk away after his initial approach. I love her character. I love that she doesn't just "forgive" him, but that she also accepts that he is sorry and that he doesn't want to be this way.

You can really tell how much respect Blitzø gained from Verosika just by apologizing genuinely. She definitely still hates him for what he did to her, but you can hear her offer genuine advice and start calling him by his preferred name. I wasn’t a huge fan of her before this episode, but I could tell she was about to have a change in character towards Blitz. The Helluva Boss team did a great job with this episode. ❤️

Blitz has serious abandonment issues, combined with his self sabotage this makes his fears a self-fulfilling prophesy, still, there is hope. after all, Blitz and Fizz were able to come to an understanding, and Fizz arguably had even more reason to hate Blitz after the accident. all it took was being able to actually talk to each other and get past the mask that Blitz wears to protect himself. the same could happen with Stolas, but it will be hard...so very, very hard...

He needs to better himself and she recognises that fact. I love the fact that she organise the party to help others with their heart break. It shows that she is very kind and considerate behind her mean girl persona. Cristina Vee gave a truly great performance in the episode..I love the moment where she talks about how Blitz hurt her. You can feel the resentment and pain in her voice.

I loved his scene with Verosika, we see more depth of her character. She was someone who DID love him and honestly wants whats best for him. She wants him to change, and interestingly enough we dont really see her accept his apology. he can apologize and mean it, but in the end she doesnt HAVE to accept it. She really owes him nothing. It wasnt like with Fizz where th two made up and are friends again. It was a good subversion of what some expected. It makes us see that even though Verosika dosnt have to accept an apology, she really doesnt owe him one, she can still want whats best for him.

Playing Devil's advocate here (pun not intended) for a bit, as far as Blitz may be aware everyone in Hell is shitty. Imps are at the very bottom of Hell's hierarchy, where everyone will do anything no matter how underhanded to get ahead. Blitz may have only experienced shitty people outside his employees and Stolas. The dude runs a company devoted to enacting revenge no matter how petty. So Blitz is so used to dealing with shitty people that he viewed it as the norm. Am I excusing him? No. But I'm also not ignoring what he's potentially had to deal with outside of being nutty and a workplace nuisance.

What’s great is she’s got a point, too. Hell’s… well, Hell, and full of terrible people, but actions still have consequences and treating anyone poorly will still hurt them. Maybe there’s a higher expectation that they’ll be screwed over in a relationship, but that doesn’t mean it still doesn’t hurt and that they can’t be upset about it. They’re still allowed to want accountability and genuine apologies

Charlie meanwhile is part angel so she doesn't count.

This scene really made me love Verosika. I usually see her get a lot of shit in the comments because of the way she acted in the first 2 episodes she was in, but she was able to throw a massive party consisting entirely of people Blitzo pissed off and fucked up. But she still cares about him while trying to cope with the pain he put her through by helping other people cope with heartache. She really is a great character. It's not so much bitchy as it is real when dealing with people going through heartaches like breakups

All this time I tried to make excuses for Blitz and antagonized the ones who despised him... He had an awful past, he's traumatized and he tries to be good for the ones he cares about. But after seeing how many people went to a party made simply to hate him and cope with the pain he caused, I just couldn't sympathize with him anymore. I mean, he went through shit, but he kept dragging everyone else with him and didn't really care until he saw with his own eyes how much damage he caused. I'm glad they showed this side of Verosika, because until now, I thought she was just mildly annoyed with Blitz. She's a celebrity and people love her, so I didn't realize how she really felt about Blitz dumping her. We could see that she's actually a mature, sweet and caring person, who needs to act tough in front of others. Also I don't hate the guy who asked Stolas to dance. He was kind and genually intrested in him. Even if they don't end up in a relationship, Stolas deserves to have fun and be cherished by someone. Even for a moment.

OK so I have a question here. No I havent really watched the last 2 ep (kinda dropped it but still watch clips here and there). Did blitz ever ACTUALLY date ANY of those people? Cuz from what I've seen, it looks more like he just had a physical relationship (similar to how he was with stolas) rather then an exclusive and emotional one. Blitz strikes me as the person who leaves a person the second that demon says the 3 dreadful words to him. I get the whole "they were used" shtick but it sounds/feels like a vast majority (if not all) were just...one sided. Granted Blitz has NO CLUE how to properly explain shit to people so its to be a given if anyone hates him but he does make a point. They ARE demons.

S1E1 +Stolas watches as Blitz runs wounded through the forest and strikes up a creepy Sex Deal with him while under fire+ [Intermission] Stolas makes everything about sex, belittles him with "My little Imp" talk, while creeping Blitz out through half the seasons [Intermission] S2E8/S2E9 +Stolas is angry Blitzo tries to please Stolas by making up for lost sex, and becomes belligerent towards him, not realizing Blitzo has abandonment issues, and is too afraid to let anyone get too close, because they might become repulsed by him as he is with himself and abandon him. Blitz has a lot of regrets and beats himself up over it. You can tell he is afraid Moxxie and Millie only tolerate him, because he pays them.
