24:34 At the start of her turn the game would have ended with Sudden Death Victory, if you would have been playing with those rules. I like the fact that the rules cuts out unnecessary game play, when the game is already decided. The play does not continue when the is no way of winning.

5:39 You do not refresh the Challenge Cards right away, your opponent does that at the start of their turn. Right here, of course, it was already her turn after 3 actions. But you NEVER refresh the cards twice. If your opponent claimed any Challenge Cards, you do not get to discard one. If all three cards are there, then the discard is mandatory.

7:30 Two thirds of the points in Blitz Bowl come from the cards. Two are easier to score and harder to defend than touchdowns. It is better to score two 2 point cards and have the Bonus Plays than score a touchdown and lose a player, and most probably give the ball to your opponent. Two 2 point cards... Not taken!

3:56 10 ahead rule sucks? Really how often you have played it? If you are playing to win, it does not suck, on the contrary. The official rules have two win conditions, both Sudden Death and Points Victory after the cards end. I can clearly see you are biased, and do not even want to try the Sudden Death rule. Do not be afraid, Sudden Death will happen some time, but not too often. And it is for the better. You very very rarely will after you are more than 10 points behind, so the rule will always keep the game tight and interesting. If the game ends quickly; why not to start a new game then? More even and tight games of Blitz Bowl!

Yooooo! So we've actually recorded about 12 10 ahead games that we originally planned to air on the channel but decided agaisnt it. We just didn't find the game mode fun. It's so easy to get 10 ahead that it's silly. The games feel anticlimactic and unfulfilling/ So I deleted em all and go with what works for us. Soon enough we'll have the timer back
