Actually, we tried to make the song a bit more heavy in various ways, but in the end we just felt that we liked this "simple" version best, which best expresses the emotion. Thanks a lot for your comment 🙏🧟‍♂️

The song is cool, but the ideas for the video didn't work. Those. To present 'freaks' as oppressed, it is necessary to show an antagonist - a person in the 'classical sense' of society who shoots children. Someone may see a diametrically opposite idea - 'something' that concerns your colleagues and approaches you with the goal of changing you, which of course you will instinctively begin to resist. Taking into account the fact that in the company where I work there is a very wide framework for self-expression - dress and look however you want, most importantly not at the expense of your responsibilities, the idea that you should change your habits to the detriment of yourself in order to show that you are not an enemy to different groups society - causes rejection. (usually if it doesn’t concern you then you just don’t give a damn)

I love the fact that it is the (inner) child that unveils the freakiest side in each of them. Childhood is often the last time we let ourselves be imaginative and do things outside the box. But years of bullying and reality checks make most of us lose this ability and ultimately repress it ourselves. This video shows pretty well how it feels to re-encounter that side of ourselves -- "the childhood I lost, replaced by fear", as says another song. It starts with violent attempts of concealing, and then the realization that surrendering to the freakiness is the most liberating thing we can do. Once again, Blitz Union managed to hit us right where it hurts and make us want more! 🖤

Good as usual. Some people would think that this song is only about LGBTQ+, but if you'll watch carefully, you will see than "average" man was in a "Freak squad" as well, so we all could feel "freakish" about ourselves, it never depends on sexuality; song is more about selfconciousness. OMG, this was better than I hoped :D Amazing- bring out the freaks has been a motto of mine for a long time now :D A way of taking back and empowering the word :) I found my freaks at the alternative/goth scene, and I guess also to some extent on the drag scene - but it's funny in the sad way that those scenes don't overlap to much. So I guess it really should be "freaks unite" Love love loved this tune and it's definitely going on repeat :D Great job !
