Turmoil Gameplay Information:
Turmoil offers players a visually charming, tongue-in-cheek take on the simulation genre inspired by the 19th century oil rush in North America. Get a taste of the rush and rivalry of the time as you earn your way to become a successful oil entrepreneur. As you make money digging up and selling oil, the town will grow along with you.
Lease land at the town auction and search for oil. Build a rig, create an efficient pipe network and bring up the oil to store it in silos. Sell the oil at the best times to maximize profits. Then buy essential upgrades in town to cope with rock, gas and ice. Acquire more town shares than your competitors in a bid to become the new mayor.

Hey! You might already know this but once you can start upgrading pipes(Especially to level 3), it's actually much more efficient to only put one rig in the middle of the map(or maybe to one side if your first pocket is especially far), and then just manage your pipe network from there, it saves you ~700$ every map, or 1050$ if you use three rigs, and you can fit more Silo storage on the map so you can more-ably sell when the price is highest.

It's offset by the lack of cost on the rigs themselves, and you're going to be running pipe anyway. It's consistently better to buy one rig and run a pipe network from there.

Dowser depth is generally more important than speed. Depth ensures that you don't leave any oil behind, while speed only saves a bit of in-game time (assuming they have the depth to find the deposit, which they may not without the upgrade).

Of interest, I never see you upgrade the horse speed.... often. Most of last play but caught it this time. Crazy on expert mode. When in doubt, upgrade pipes. Not upgrading that bit of pipes for those three lines cost 3k.
