It was the CGPM that decreed that kelvin were not to use degrees, even though they had the entire time prior, and it makes little sense to say that they are not degrees. Kelvin is effectively the Absolute Celcius scale (and in fact was referred to as such), as it scales exactly linearly with Celcius, just with an added 273 degrees to any given value.

To get the "Saving a life" Achievement, you have to activate a sticky bomb near a dummy, and use the EMP Generator. It disables all electronics, including grenades. It'll stop the grenades countdown and give you the achievement.
